These fruit kebabs pack an antioxidant punch and are perfect for a summery dessert or a sweet snack. They’re quick, easy and fun to make and any fruit can be used so mix it up to get your five a day!
Ingredients:
- 12 strawberries, dehulled
- 1 banana, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 thick slices of fresh or tinned pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 12 grapes
- Wooden kebab skewers
- Natural or dairy-free yoghurt or melted chocolate
Method:
- Divide the fruit evenly between the kebab sticks and thread on.
- Serve dipped in plain natural or dairy-free yoghurt, or for an indulgent treat, melt some dark chocolate and dip into that.
